Bankai Technologies / Ugandan education technology

Building the infrastructure behind academic delivery.

Bankai Technologies develops teacher-first technology that connects curriculum expectations, classroom reality and academic decision-making.

The academic delivery gap

Teaching creates a lot of information. Schools rarely have a reliable academic state.

01
Curriculum

What should happen.

02
Timetable

When it should happen.

03
Lesson preparation

What a teacher intends to do.

04
Classroom record

What actually happened.

05
Academic continuity

What remains and what comes next.

06
Assessment and leadership

What may be acted on.

The flagship product

Academic Track Engine

A teacher-first academic operations platform connecting curriculum context, lesson readiness, classroom confirmation, unfinished work, assessment and leadership visibility.

A clear boundary

Academic continuity, not another school management system.

ATE focuses on the operational gap between curriculum intention and classroom reality.

Fees or admissions system

Generic learning management system

Chatbot attached to school data

Teacher surveillance product

The work is academic continuity: knowing what was intended, what happened and what should come next.

The control hierarchy

AI with context. Software with rules. Educators in control.

The useful role of AI is inside a structure that keeps academic context, workflow rules and educator judgement visible.

01

Verified academic context

Curriculum, timetable, school templates, teaching history and confirmed classroom state.

02

Deterministic controls

Permissions, provenance, workflow rules, academic state and assessment scope.

03

AI assistance

Preparation, adaptation, assessment drafting, resources and contextual questions.

04

Educator decision

Review, edit, approve and teach. The professional decision stays with the educator.

Current validation

From prototype to classroom evidence.

Bankai Technologies has demonstrated Academic Track Engine to staff at Mount of Olives College, Kakiri. The feedback was positive and the school expressed interest. A controlled pilot is planned but has not yet started, and no teachers are currently using ATE in live school operations.
